The Stratomatic community mourns the loss of a dedicated baseball gamer and all around great individual , Richie Wain, who lost his battle with brain cancer on Tuesday, August 9th, 2022. Richard, a dedicated gamer who broke into the league with Star Tournaments in 2004, consistently played 7-10 tournaments per year face to face, and later on Skype. Richard is well known for his passion for all things baseball, and avidly compiled batting and pitching statistics for every tournament he ever participated in. He loved the camaraderie of playing games as was exemplified by his even temperament, nurturing of new comers to the fold, and overall pleasant disposition. He will be sorely missed. The Posse will never be the same. Godspeed Richard. We love you.
